SHIPPING FEES

Hub City Chrome uses UPS to ship all orders.  A physical address is required.  UPS will not ship to a PO Box.  We do, however, understand rural addresses (ours is such an address), such as Highway Contracts (HC) and Rural Routes (RR).

Shipping fees on the website are based upon estimated weight per item.  The fee you see at the time of check out is an estimate only.  The actual shipping fee charged to your credit card will be based upon the actual weight of the entire order, box size and destination.  Your receipt with total charges will always be inside the box with your merchandise.  Most actual shipping charges, for interior products will usually be around $15.00.  Larger exterior items, such as visors, which are heavier and oversized will be more. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

While every effort is made to ensure that you receive the correct item(s) for your Make, Model and Year of truck, errors are a possibility.  Please double-check before taking anything out of its original packaging.  We will be happy to take back, for exchange or store credit , any items still in the original, sellable packaging within 30 days

 

*Please contact us for an RA# (Return Authorization).  All returns must be pre-authorized or they will be refused.  Please write the RA# on the outside of the box in the address area of the label.

*Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.

*Please include your name, address and phone number, should we need to contact you.

*Product must be unused, in original, sellable packaging.

*Upon inspection of the returned item, you will receive a credit on your credit card.
